What is Allyos?

Allyos is the first Social Store. Buy products for great prices while you can win them too. Get a raffle ticket with every item with money back guarantee. If it does not win, you can spend its price for shopping. A new way of exciting shopping with the highest benefits, most value for your money and a unique extra service during your shopping.

What is Social Store?

Social Store is a hybrid store consisting of two store sides. On one side is the Social Shopping side (crowdfunding) where we buy everything together, on the other side is the Marketplace where you can spend all the discounts you collected during social shopping and buy products as in any other classic online store. Building 2 stores into 1 brings you the highest value and extra features. Premium products, great advantages with money back guarantee.

What is Social Shopping?

Just like in any classic online or offline store, all items have a fixed price. Here you don’t pay alone; we pitch in for the price together within a defined time period. Think of it as the crowdfunding of products on a balanced platform. Shoppers can add only $1 per item per hour.

 3 outcomes can occur:

  1. Unsuccessful Round

The price of the product is not 100% collected within the defined time period. There were not enough interested buyers, so social shopping was deemed unsuccessful. In this case, every participant gets their deposits back in full in their own app wallet. The store automatically restarts the sale, until stocks last.

  1. Successful Shopping – Yours

The full price of the product is collected before the time is up. Social shopping is deemed successful. An algorithm randomly selects one participant who is now able to buy the product for what she/he added to the purchase price. You’re the one selected, so you can buy the item for the amount you pitched in. The item is shipped to you free of charge, or you can collect it from a pickup point.

  1. Successful Shopping – Not Yours

The full price of the product is collected before the time is up, social shopping is successful, but you’re not the one randomly selected. In this case, thanks to the 2 in 1 store, you lose nothing. The amount you added to the purchase price of the item is fully credited back to you, and you can spend it on the other side of the hybrid store in the Marketplace as additional discount on the same items and on a whole lot more.

What is the Marketplace?

The Marketplace is a classic discount store with a twist. It’s the other side of the hybrid store where wholesale and special reseller discounts offered to Allyos by its supplying partners are fully available to the users. The Marketplace operates without profit, so low prices are guaranteed. All amounts spent on fruitless social shopping are collected and credited here. This amount can be spent on all Marketplace items, so the low prices can be pushed even lower

How can I shop in Allyos?

After the registration in the Allyos Social Store app, every user gets a profile and an in-app wallet. The wallet can be activated by one of the 7 subscriptions or Top Up packages ranging from $10 to $1000. By tapping the green “+” top up icon, you can top up your wallet via any major credit or debit card, and you’re ready for the Social Store. The official app currency is the “Indollar”. 1 Indollar is equal to 1 USD. You can use your Indollars on the social shopping side only. In the Marketplace, “lost” or credited Indollars are converted back to USD and become fully spendable as discount.

How can I top up my wallet?

You can top-up your balance on https://allyos.com or within the application either using any major credit or debit cards.

Can I use the Allyos app without Indollar or without topping-up my wallet?

Yes, you actually can. The Allyos app is Free, you can dowload it, take a look around how things look and work, see all the products, but to get a chance winning or buying any product you must have at least 1USD/1Indollar in your wallet

Is this gambling?

No, not at all. This is a totally new innovative and patented concept and the first in the world. We called it Social Store. You have no risk or chance of losing money with this shopping method, as every topped up amount is 100% spendable. Your only risk is “upward”, you receive 100% value for your money guaranteed, what not guaranteed is that how much extra value you will receive. For example for $100 you always get $100 but you have the chance to receive $800 value. This is thanks to the 2 in 1 hybrid store concept.

Products

Some listings expire in 1 hour, some in 24 hours, some later. Why?

There is a time limit for each listings and it’s based on their price. It is part of the Crowdshopping concept in order to be the most equal and fair. Allyos is not a gambling or beting app, so it involves certain innovative rules.

Can I suggest an item to win?

Sure. We’d love to hear from you. Find us on social media and suggest anything you would love to get for $1 in Allyos or wish to buy in the Marketplace.

Are the items covered by warranty?

Every item is covered by the regular manufacturer/factory warranty.

Who do I file a warranty claim?

If you have a warranty issue, please always file your claim first in email to warranty@allyos.com. If the item received is defected or you received an unwanted item, we must be notified as soon as possible, so we can take the necessary actions. If you have a warranty claim, we can provide you with the receipt of the item, which  will let you  file a claim with the manufacturer. Please note that Allyos is not a web shop, by the law we are not obliged to provide warranty cover for any goods.

Do I have to pay tax, customs etc., if I win?

Normally you don’t. If you got the item from the social shopping side and your shipping address or collection point is in an „active country”, meaning Allyos infrastructure is 100%, all fees are included. If you exchanged your discounts and bought the item from the Marketplace then in some cases the local additional customs or taxes might be applied by the authorities. We normally try to make sure we get your item from the same or closest location where you are so no additional costs can occur; in such case our system will promptly notify you in advance so you can decide. We always recommend checking the local laws in every cases as they can differ.

Can’t I just buy your goods?

Unfortunately no, Allyos is not a regular webshop. On the social shopping side you need to pitch in, on the Marketplace side you have to have collected discount. If you exchange at least $1 discount you can purchase the available items from the Marketplace. Discounts are converted Indollars.

How often do you re-list an item?

That really depends on the popularity and the stock level of the item. Popular items however will be listed more frequently and automatically.

General Questions

I won an item, but I hate the color / size / etc. Can you send another one which fits my needs?

Unfortunatelly no. You must pay attention to the item description before  you opt in on a deal. We only list items that are available at the manufacturer currently.

Can I suggest a charity organisation?

Sure. We’d love to hear that. You may send your suggestions to goodcause@allyos.com or hit us up on social media.

If I don’t want to use the app any more, what will happen to my wallet balance?

We would really sorry to see you leave and would appreciate a feedback on the reason. In this case your total collected discount amount will be lost on the Marketplace side as it is only available to active subscribed Allyos users. as Allyos is the crowd, and the crowd needs you.

In case of account removal you will have 2 options:

  1. We can transfer back your Indollars in $(USD) to a given bank account. Or,
  2. You can transfer your wallet to a friend or relative as a gift. In this case please contact us at support@allyos.com
Can my Allyos account be inherited? / Can I set a beneficiary for my account?

Yes, you can. In such case always contact our support team on support@allyos.com

About the App

If I opt in on a deal with more than a dollar, will my chance of winning increase?

It sure will.  It’s simple math. For instance, if there is a smartphone for $800 and you get in with $1, your chances are clear 1:800. But, if you get in with $2 into the same deal, you just doubled your chances to 1:400. If you fancy, turn the „auto-in” on to increase your chances to the desired level while you sleep!

Is there always a winner?

Yes, sure there is. If the target price of a product is completed in time, one participant is raffled and gets the item, everyone else get their pitched in amount back fully in spendable discount form on the Marketplace side. If a campaign target price is not collected fully in time, that campaign is deemed unsuccessful and all participants get their money back, and the system re-starts the campaign automatically while stocks last.

If I don’t win, will I get a refund?

If you aren’t the lucky one in any of the social shopping, you always get your Indollar back as discount and can spend it on the Marketplace. You cannot lose money in the Social Store, topped up Indollar is always 100% spendable equivalent discount.

I am under 18. Can I still use the app?

You can use the app as it is free, but for topping-up your wallet and getting an item delivered you must confirm your age and it must be between 18 and 75 years. Apple iTunes requires users to be at least 17 years old to download the app, Google requires you to be at least 3 years old.

How can i delete my Allyos account?

If you decide to close your account, we will refund your balance to your personal bank account. Please note that after closing an account, all your discounts will be forfeited! To request a deletion please write an e-mail to support@allyos.com and don’t forget to provide your e-mail address which has been used with Allyos.

How do I redeem my discount?

If you are interested in buying the goods on the Marketplace side, simply tap on the chosen product, set the discount amount you wish to exchange on this item, check your final price and simply follow the steps. At the end, you will get an e-mail notification with all the necessary details including the payment details as well. When you are done here and have transferred the remaining funds as requested for the purchase, your item is on the way to you.

What’s behind the “Restricted Section”? I can’t see it. When does it become available?

As you climb the different status levels in the app, every level grants access to a new Restricted Section level. What’s behind it? It is restricted. You will see once you reach it. 🙂

Troubleshooting

I can’t log in.

Please send us an email to accountreview@allyos.com.

I forgot my password.

Open the Allyos App and tap the “Forgot password” next to the padlock icon and enter the email address you used upon registration. We will send you a link to reset it along with your „personal secret question” as a two level authentication.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. Shipping is free by default. Allyos is continuously growing, so the app is available to download from the App Store and Play Store in many countries. If your shipping address is in a soon-to-open country („inactive country”), you’ll be charged for shipping and liable to pay for customs, too. In such case, before dispatching your item, we will notify you about the approximate additional charges.

How long does it take to have my winning delivered? Who does the shipping? Can I track a package?

If you selected your shipping address, our system will notify you about the expected dispatch timeframe. Depending on the item and producer location or the warehouse, shipping can take from 5 to 30 days. You will be notified when the item is shipped and will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow it up.

If I change my mind, can I return my winning? Will you buy it back from me?

No. Once you are randomly selected for winning an item, you’ll be asked to confirm your winning. You are offered the right to either Accept the prize for the amount you added to it, or you Decline your option to buy the item. Once you tap on the Decline button your right is withdrawn and your added fund is gone, it is included in the crowdfunding process. When you tap on the Accept button, the right to buy the item for the pitched in amount is yours, after that point there is nothing we can do about it. It’s all yours.
