What is Allyos?
Allyos is a next-generation international social platform. The Allyos brand derives its name from the acronym “All Yours.” It is software developed for online collective buying and selling, available as a free downloadable mobile application.
What is SocialStore?
SocialStore is Allyos’ patented technological innovation to revolutionize online commerce. This innovation enables community funding through redeemable discounts. Registered buyers have the opportunity to collaborate and collectively cover the price of selected products, purchasing them together with flexible contributions. Premium sellers and global brands registered on the platform can sell their luxury products with the highest profit margin and offer their discounted products for redeemable discounts. Influencers and content creators can register a VIP profile to promote, allowing users to shop in teams with their favorites.
Is the platform free to use?
Yes, both the app download and profile registration are completely free, similar to other well-known social media platforms. With an Allyos profile, you also receive two social balance accounts as a gift.
What is "social shopping"?
“Social shopping” is a patented technological invention by Allyos. It operates on the well-known principle of crowd funding. A certain expensive or luxury product has a fixed target price that interested buyers collectively fund, contributing as much as they think the product is worth to them. The target price is reached through bids, similar to auctions. However, unlike auctions, the bids in social shopping are additive, not competitive. Since it’s a single product being funded by all participants, only one lucky person will have the right to purchase it once the target price is met. To ensure no one loses out, participation in social shopping is only possible with redeemable discounts. This means that the lucky one pays, while the other funders can redeem their participation amount. This solution significantly outperforms all known traditional or online buying methods.
Can only one person buy the product in a successful social shopping?
Yes. If the target price is successfully reached within the specified expiration time, the system randomly selects one lucky participant.
If I'm chosen, do I automatically own the product?
No. You do not automatically receive the product, as the system draws the right to purchase. That is, you gain the opportunity to buy the collectively funded product for the amount you contributed. You can either accept or decline this opportunity. If you accept, you commit to paying up to your participation amount, meaning you purchase the product.
How long do I have to accept the purchase right?
You have 24 hours. If you don’t accept within this time, the system will select a new participant, and you will lose the purchase right. In such cases, the amount will be credited to your account as a redeemable discount.
How will I be notified if I'm the lucky buyer?
You will receive an automatic PUSH notification as well as an official system email notification. Therefore, it’s important to always enable PUSH notifications in the app settings and regularly check your email inbox. If necessary, set Allyos – SocialStore system emails as safe to avoid them landing in the Junk/Spam folder.
How much time is there to collectively fund a product?
Each product has a fixed expiration time, displayed on the product image and details page. The expiration time is interactive and shows real-time. It may vary by product type and price category. On the platform, social shopping run simultaneously across all countries where the platform is available.
Why is a fixed expiration time necessary?
This ensures equal opportunities and prevents any social shopper from gaining disproportionate advantages at the expense of others due to built-in limits. Since everyone has only 24 hours a day regardless of their financial status, the time limit provides an adequate guarantee for equal conditions.
What is the minimum participation amount for joining a social shopping?
According to the rules, the minimum participation amount for each product is 1 dollar (1 USD). This amount depends on the current exchange rate in the local currency. After that, the contribution can be increased by another 1 dollar every hour.
What is the maximum participation amount a social shopper can contribute?
It is a maximum of 10% of the product’s target price.
How many people are needed for a successful social shopping?
A minimum of 10 community buyers are needed for a successful purchase.
If I increase my contribution to a product, do my chances of being selected increase as well?
Yes, due to proportional mathematical weighting and the universal random selection system. However, this does not guarantee that you will be the lucky one chosen, as the selection is random.
What happens to my participation amount if the expiration time passes without reaching the target price?
In this case, the social shopping was unsuccessful. All participants will have their contributed amounts refunded in Indollars to their balance, which they can use again as a contribution in any ongoing social shopping.
What happens to my participation amount if the target price is reached within the expiration time, but I am not the lucky one chosen?
In this case, your contributed Indollars, or Social Discount, loses its social function, meaning it can no longer be used as a participation amount in social shopping. Instead, it becomes a traditional redeemable discount that you can freely use for individual purchases on the Store page with the platform’s selling partners.
How can I redeem my discounts?
The redeemable discount is collected in your profile’s discount balance account. You can redeem it on the social platform’s Store page, where individual purchases take place. For all listed products, you can see the maximum redeemable discount amount. On the product details page, you can also decide how much of the specified limit you want to use as a price-reducing discount and how much you request from the selling partner as a gift, in the form of Indollar credit. Shipping is always free here, provided by the seller partner on the platform.
Can I pay 100% of a product's price with a redeemable discount on the Store page?
You can only purchase items listed under the “-100%” tab on the Store page using 100% redeemable discounts. These are worth keeping an eye on, as sellers often update their offerings here, and they sell out quickly as long as stocks last.
Is it possible to convert the redeemable discount back into Indollars?
Yes. On the Store page, under the -100% tab, you can find Indollar top-up packages that you can purchase by redeeming your returned discounts. In this case, you need to pay 10 dollars’ worth of redeemable discounts for 1 Indollar.
What is the Auto-in function?
Auto-in is a convenience feature that, when activated, automatically places another 1 Indollar into the product(s) of your choice every hour, so you don’t have to do it manually. This feature increases the contributed amount for you until you reach the limit you set or your balance is depleted.
What is an Indollar?
Indollar, or “Social Discount,” is the proprietary “currency” of the Allyos platform. It is the only (loyalty point-like) currency that can be used for social shopping. As an international platform, 1 Indollar is always equivalent to 1 USD, meaning 1 U.S. dollar, with its value depending on the current exchange rates.
How can Indollars be obtained?
Indollars can only be obtained in two ways. First, by topping up your profile balance account after registration, using any bank card within the app. Indollars can also be obtained directly from the brands listing products, provided as a credit when purchasing items offered for individual sale on the Store page. It’s worth noting that “Bonus Indollars” can also be earned for activities such as product sharing and sending invitations.
How can I claim the bonus Indollar with an invitation?
Accepting an invitation automatically does not entitle you to the bonus Indollar; it is only granted after topping up your balance. After registration, top up your Social balance with a package of your choice! The bonus Indollar will then be credited to your Social account.
What is Space in the menu?
Space is the SocialStore’s internal chat. It is an exclusive community space that only registered social shoppers can use for chatting, seeking help, recruiting, information exchange, etc. In Space, various thematic rooms are available, and if you join any influencer’s shopping team, you will automatically gain access to their private Space room.
How can I help contribute to a product's funding?
You can share the product you are interested in on any other social platform, in chat, or via email. Use the Share function at the bottom of the product’s details page. Additionally, you can invite friends and acquaintances, or recruit interested parties in Space to contribute to the product’s funding. Invitations can be sent from the My Profile menu.
How can I join influencers, and what happens afterward?
You can join influencers by tapping the Join button on the product page of the influencer’s dedicated product. From then on, you will be part of their shopping team and immediately gain automatic access to the influencer’s exclusive internal chat room in Space. Unlike other social platforms, here each user can only be a member of one influencer’s team at a time, but you can unfollow or switch teams at any time. If you withdraw from the team, you will also be removed from the influencer’s room and will no longer have access to it.
I want to create a profile as an influencer. What should I do?
Visit www.allyos.com/influencers where you’ll find the registration form. Fill it out and submit it! Our team or our locally appointed and contracted agency will conduct the necessary preliminary screening, then contact you to provide further information. Ideally, you’ll be integrated into the VIP Program, which currently offers the highest income potential across all social media platforms worldwide, averaging $2 USD per follower per month.
Can anyone offer products for sale on the SocialStore platform?
No. The SocialStore, as a sales channel and service, is only available to registered, verified, and premium selling partners on the platform, who also commit to providing comprehensive service and free international shipping. You can learn more about this process on the Partners subpage, where the registration form is also available.
Where do the purchased or collectively funded products come from?
The products are supplied by platform partners, whose names are listed in the Platform Partner segment of each product’s information page. Allyos is only a software service provider and platform, meaning it does not handle storage or shipping.
As a buyer, can I suggest a product or service for the platform?
Yes, you can suggest a product or service by sending an email to products@allyos.com or by using Space.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes. The selling partners are responsible for the warranty services related to the products.
Where should I validate a warranty or file a complaint?
Warranty claims and general complaints are handled by the distributor of the product, meaning the company from which your package was shipped and that issued your invoice.
Where can I change my shipping address?
You can modify your shipping address or add new addresses in the “My Profile” section, using the Settings icon in the top right corner.
Where can I track the status of my purchased or successfully funded product?
For both Social and Store purchases, all relevant information about your purchased products can be found in the “My Items” menu. The status of your items is automatically updated based on the latest information from the seller, including tracking.
Is it possible to exchange a product?
The platform partner selling the product can assist with exchanges. However, if you send an email to products@allyos.com, our team will gladly help you reach them.
Is shipping free for all products?
Yes. Free international shipping is a basic service provided by the Allyos platform.
Is shipping free to every country?
Yes.
I purchased an online gift voucher, pair ticket (etc.). How will I receive it?
Online vouchers and tickets will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive the email within a day, please check your Spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact us at support@allyos.com.
Is it possible to collect high-value products (e.g., a car) in person?
Yes. In the case of successful social shopping of special products or services (e.g., vehicles, real estate, family trips, local services), our team will contact you through the details provided in your profile to arrange the specifics or connect you with the seller’s contact person.
I registered a profile, but I didn't receive the confirmation email.
Please check your Spam folder. If the email is not there, contact us at support@allyos.com! Unfortunately, issues with freemail and citromail services are common in Hungary. If you have an account with one of these services, you may need to register with a different email address.
I can't log into my account. What should I do?
Please contact our team at support@allyos.com! You could also request a new password and try logging in with that.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login page, you will find a password reminder option, which will send an automatic email to the email address used for your registered profile, containing the necessary information to create a new password.
I accidentally joined a social shopping. What should I do?
After pressing “In,” an “Undo” button will appear automatically for 5 seconds, allowing you to withdraw your participation. If you don’t use this option, your contribution will remain part of the social shopping until the expiration date or until the product’s price is fully funded.
How can I delete my profile?
You can find this option in the “My Profile” section of the main menu. It’s important to note that deleting your profile will result in the loss of all stored data.
What happens to my balance if I delete my profile?
In this case, you can request the withdrawal of any active Indollar balance to the bank card used for its top-up. However, you must wait until all ongoing social purchases, where you have active Indollars as participation, are completed. Your redeemable discounts will also be permanently lost, as they can only be used within the app. Additionally, we are unable to refund Store-side purchase credits (Indollars), as these are offered by platform partners as loyalty points, specifically for social shopping on the platform.
