SocialStore is a brand new form on online shopping, therefore it is natural that time after time our users have some questions regarding it. Whether it is about the app itself, a certain product or some delivery information, our colleagues are here to help.

All you need to do is to go to the Help Center in the Main Menu. Here you can find some tutorial videos that might answer your question so we encourage you to check these out first. Also, you can find the most frequently asked question here and the answers to them in six main topics:

  • Troubleshooting
  • General Questions
  • Shipping and Delivery

Experience has shown that most users find the information they need among these answers. However, if you don’t feel fully informed after reading through the topics, you have the option to contact us directly. Still in the Help Center section, there is a green message icon in the lower right corner. All you have to do is to tap this icon, and enter your question! Our colleagues will reply soon after.

You can also use this chat if you wish to see an item on the Social or on the Store side that is not available at the moment. If our brand partners see that there is heavy interest in a certain product, then they will definitely give it up for social purchase. So, feel free to give us suggestions and encourage your friends to do the same.
